What is Covered?
- Believable characters don’t need to be nice!
- Employ descriptive strategies such as physical descriptions, background descriptions, and comparison of characters when writing narratives
- Use precise language, action verbs, sensory details, appropriate and colorful modifiers.
- Active and passive voice
- Analysis of characters and their traits
- Short writing activities each week

Handout materials sent each week. feedback on character sheets and activities and 1 week of email support/ feedback/ follow up after the course has completed.
